Habe den Laden aufgrund der vielen positiven Bewertungen gefunden. Kann meinen Vorrednern nur zustimmen. Perfekter Service. Sehr freundliches und überaus kompetentes Personal.
War auf der Suche nach einer Sim Karte für mobiles Internet für den Urlaub in Italien. Der Berater hat perfekt deutsch gesprochen und wusste sofort, was ich brauchte. 10 Minuten und 2 Unterschriften später hatte ich die Sim Karte bereits im Handy - besser geht es nicht!!!

Found the store based on the many positive reviews. I can only agree with the previous speakers. Perfect service. Very friendly and extremely competent staff.
Was looking for a Sim card for mobile internet for the vacation in Italy. The consultant spoke perfect German and immediately knew what I needed. 10 minutes and 2 signatures later I already had the SIM card in my mobile phone - it couldn't be better!

They don't look at you when they talk to you & I was actually told "not my problem" on various occasions. I work in customer service & this experience was the worst I have ever had in any shop anywhere. Go anywhere else
