Per il menù fatevi consigliare i piatti del giorno tutto fatti in casa!! In foto hamburger con tartufo! A little gem at km 0 is the only place on the island where you can also find farm animals! Hospitality, location and very suggestive product! For the menu, ask for the dishes of the day, all homemade! In the photo hamburger with truffle!

Prima di arrivare abbiamo telefonato e ci hanno detto che ci avrebbero potuto servire solo cose semplici: hamburger, insalate, taglieri. L'accoglienza è stata cordiale e le "cose semplici" si sono rilevate in realtà cibi di grande qualità. Salumi e formaggi ottimi, hamburger veramente speciale e insalata mista ricchissima e freschissima. La proprietaria (Silvia mi pare che sia il suo nome) ci ha raccontato della sua esperienza e ci ha trasmesso l'entusiasmo che mette nel suo lavoro. La location è inusuale: a metà fra lo street food e il ristorante gourmet. I prodotti sono eccellenti e il posto merita la visita. I prezzi sono coerenti con la qualità delle proposte. E' anche possibile noleggiare una bicicletta e quindi disporre del mezzo ideale per esplorare Sant'Erasmo. L'unico consiglio che mi sento di dare è di prevedere una tariffa differenziata per il noleggio della bici: se ho capito bene c'è un prezzo solo per il nolo a giorno intero. Usandola solo un paio di ore come abbiamo fatto noi può diventare un po' costoso. Torneremo comunque con più tempo e nella stagione giusta per assaggiare gli altri piatti che, immagino, saranno veramente gustosi. Very nice place and great quality food. We came here on a Friday at noon, now out of season. Before arriving we phoned and they said they could only serve us simple things: burgers, salads, platters. The welcome was cordial and the "simple things" turned out to be foods of great quality. Excellent meats and cheeses, really special burgers and very rich and fresh mixed salad. The owner (Silvia I think that's her name) told us about her experience and gave us the enthusiasm she puts into her work. The location is unusual: halfway between street food and a gourmet restaurant. The products are excellent and the place is worth the visit. The prices are consistent with the quality of the proposals. It is also possible to rent a bicycle and therefore have the ideal means to explore Sant'Erasmo. The only advice I can give is to provide a different rate for bike rental: if I understand correctly there is a price only for the full day rental. Using it for just a couple of hours like we did can get a little expensive. However, we will come back with more time and in the right season to taste the other dishes which, I imagine, will be really tasty.

Posto perfetto per un pò di relax in famiglia e per godere della cucina semplice e genuina della simpatica Chef Silvia. Perfetto per bambini e ragazzi, tanti animali da vedere ed accarezzare e giochi (scivolo, altalena e sabbiera per i più piccoli). Menù ricercato fatto di prodotti locali e praticamente a kilometro zero, partendo dalle verdure (cresciute in loco nei campi adiacenti), passando per i salumi e concludendo con gli ottimi vini e amari. Suggerisco i fantastici hamburger di cui c'è anche la versione per Vegani e/o Vegetariani. Fantastica idea l'affitto di biciclette. Un giro in bici è l'idea migliore per visitare l'isola! I nostri bambini hanno apprezzato tantissimo! C'è inoltre la possibilità di comprare alcuni prodotti provenienti dall'azienda agricola dove trova posto Experientia. Consigliatissimo! Brava Chef! Absolutely brilliant idea and undoubtedly unique for the island of Sant'Erasmo. Perfect place for a little relaxation with the family and to enjoy the simple and genuine cuisine of the friendly Chef Silvia. Perfect for children and teenagers, many animals to see and caress and games (slide, swing and sandbox for the little ones). Sophisticated menu made of local products and practically zero kilometer, starting with vegetables (grown locally in the adjacent fields), passing through the cured meats and ending with excellent wines and bitters. I suggest the fantastic burgers of which there is also a version for Vegans and / or Vegetarians. Fantastic idea to rent bicycles. A bike ride is the best way to visit the island! Our kids absolutely loved it! There is also the possibility to buy some products from the farm where Experientia is located. Highly recommended! Good Chef!

Silvia ha avuto uno spunto geniale, cibi originali e di ottima qualità, in una cornice immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità. Unico limite può essere il meteo. In bocca al lupo e complimenti per questo progetto.

R	R Slade on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing gem! Tucked away on the beautiful island of Sant'Erasmo, this is the perfect spot for refreshments, aperitivi, or meals. We had the best time eating lunch there, casual atmosphere, with great gourmet specialties, fresh everything, simply delicious.
S	Sigi Cayel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chef and owner Silvia has created a trendy farm to table catering van that serves traditional Venetian dishes, hamburgers with a twist, local wine and Prosecco, and service with a smile. This location is off the hidden path and an absolute delight. After having made arrangements the night before the dine there for lunch, the Chef surprised me with an entire experience that wasn't on the menu. A total tasting menu treat from the Chef herself based off of the local ingredients that were in season. With a spot situated directly on the farm and with a view of the garden from which your ingredients are coming from, there really is no truer definition of farm to table. A delight to dine in and her brother who runs the farm was gracious enough to show me around as well! An affordable, unique experience that you shouldn't miss!
