Difficilmente raggiungibile perché si trova si al centro di Napoli ma non ha nessun servizio di collegamento. Credo che sia di proprietà della chiesa. La posizione strategica all'interno del quartiere Materdei, verso i Colli Aminei, ne fa un punto focale nel panorama della città napoletana, dovuto alle funzioni di scuola ed ospedale che ha ricoperto a partire dalla sua costruzione nel '700. Sopraffatto ormai dalla natura infestante, a causa dell'abbandono da circa 40 anni, cade visibilmente a pezzi, anche se conserva il fascino ineguagliabile dovuto alla grandiosità della volumetria e delle decorazioni settecentesche.
