★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una piega davvero brutta ... La ragazza mi ha fatto uno shampoo molto accurato e probabilmente sta ancora imparando ma il risultato è stato davvero deludente, capelli informi, senza alcun senso. Un vero peccato.
A really bad turn ... The girl gave me a very accurate shampoo and she is probably still learning but the result was really disappointing, shapeless hair, without any sense. Such a pity.

Very good, competent and professional, but above all, the result is always beautiful and it is as you asked for it; in Milan now there are many hairdressers but the really competent ones can be counted on your fingers, you are always on the safe side with them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver aspettato quasi 45 minuti nonostante avessi un appuntamento, quando erano finalmente pronti a dedicarsi a me ho chiesto spiegazioni mi è stato detto che “vi erano delle tempistiche di posa diverse” di altre clienti senza neanche chiedere scusa, incredibile.
After waiting almost 45 minutes despite having an appointment, when they were finally ready to dedicate themselves to me I asked for explanations and was told that "there were different shutter speeds" of other clients without even apologizing, unbelievable.
