È possibile praticare sia il ballo dal punto di vista ludico sociale oppure come attività sportiva per atleti che vogliono fare competizione di ballo. Si possono praticare le seguenti discipline: Danza sportiva , standard e Latini, caraibico, liscio, ballo da sala , baby dance, sincro e duo latino, tango argentino , kizomba , pe Danze, hip hop , pizzica salentina ,pole dance . Il direttore artistico e presidente della scuola Benedetto Capraro( cieo io)è due volte campione del mondo ha partecipato come maestro a ballando con le stelle Tecnico della Federazione italian danza sportiva e giudice Internazionale.
