Questa palestra non ha un ambiente nuovissimo e super-attrezzato, ma ciò è ampiamente compensato dalla dedizione e professionalità del titolare e degli istruttori, tutti molto cordiali, gentili e disponibili. Oltre alla sala fitness è possibile frequentare un'ampia varietà di corsi. Il valore aggiunto rispetto ad altre strutture simili è che anche nell'attività individuale, anche se non sei giovane e prestante, non vieni mai lasciato a te stesso, ma seguito e consigliato costantemente dagli istruttori presenti in sala. Consigliata vivamente.
