La miglior palestra per chi si vuole avvicinare al mondo del Crossfit e Calisthenics. Gestita da coach esperti e affidabili. Ambiente giovanile e amichevole dove si incontrano fatica, impegno, sudore e tanto entusiasmo.

Ringrazio il giorno che ho varcato quella soglia! Grazie ai Coach Davide, Andrea e Marco, ho raggiunto risultati che non mi sarei mai aspettato di conquistare. Insegnati dentro e fuori dal box, Una famiglia! capace di creare e mantenere unito il gruppo. Non esistono quelli bravi e quelli meno bravi, non ti senti mai fuori posto anche quando non riesci, al contrario si lavora allo scopo di ottenere i tuoi obbiettivi. Credo "convintamente" che nell' ambito ci siano molti trainer esperti, tuttavia sono altrimenti pochi quelli che riescono a trasmettere una buona conoscenza di questo sport. Grazie coaches !!!!!

Una bella struttura dove allenarsi. Il box è nella zona periferica di Gallarate, non proprio a portata di mano. Abbastanza grande all'interno, con un bel piazzale all'esterno. Ambiente cordiale, allegro e amichevole. Coach gentili, preparati e molto disponibili. Ben attrezzato, c'è tutto il necessario, con varie zone dedicate al calisthenics o ad altre attività non riguardanti le normali classi. Belle anche le grafiche e il design, semplici e spartane. Prezzi nella media di un box CrossFit.

Consigliato!!! Ottimo staff e ottimo box... Probabilmente uno dei migliori della zona. Istruttori bravi cordiali e professionali. Un piacere allenarsi in un box cosi... Si vede la passione e l'impegno che ci mettono i titolari nella gestione e nell'organizzazione del locale.

Went here for about a month due work commitments . Found very poor options for occasional members to very high prices. CrossFit+ Fitness Open € 88 p/ month Only Fitness Open € 55 p/month Casual CrossFit €15 p/day + Subscription Fees €50 compulsory at all options described above. Have been told it would have covered injuries if occurred. It happens my hands got bruised and my skin pilled off due to heavy pull ups leaving a remarkable scar.. results? they won't give you not even first aid because without emergency kit on the spot!! What the hell?!! Very small changing rooms, dust pretty much every where, air-conditioning rarely on, at somehow water tab cooling down and switching onto boiled one too rapidly. Unbearable heat during hot days, although slightly smelly. Seen do cleaning once in a month to be honest in the tiny fitness room. First impression was good when got some information before to subscribe, than slowly you find what's wrong in this place. For instance lack of customers care, military atmosphere, competitive and judgemental if you don't keep it up with, extremely oriented to competitions to collect as much titles to show off among instructors and guys who have been training for agesWent here for about a month due work commitments . Definitely not a homely contest. Usually Fitness Courses got cut off if not enough participants. However, going here every day in a month paid me back with good results to the price of 138€ !! What a deal ( lol) Low flexibility to face customer's needs, only money oriented people. Unfortunately didn't get chance of confronting different realities, I guess there are many other options to consider out there if you search well all complete package. Overall average quality service, very disappointed about interpersonal attitude.
