All coaches are great and highly trained, very spacious garage and a lot of variety of courses and schedules.

An excellent center, with all the necessary equipment and guided by well-trained and highly motivating coaches. The only flaw lies in the water in the changing rooms, cold in the late afternoon and evening.

L’ambiente è pulito, ordinato, ampio e appena rinnovato. I coach sono preparati, sempre disponibili e molto gentili. Flessibilità oraria delle classi, disponibili durante tutta la giornata. I prezzi super competitivi.
Dal quel che ho potuto vedere c’è una particolare attenzione anche alla preparazione “weightlifting”, quindi, per chi preferisce solo quel tipo di attività, anziché le classi di crossfit, avrà sicuramente modo di allenare tecnica e forza in open gym o “one to one” con i coach.

Arrived on holiday in Salento I found this box through the internet and the various social networks ... one of the few boxes in the area always open.
The environment is clean, tidy, spacious and just renewed. Coaches are prepared, always available and very kind. Hourly flexibility of classes, available throughout the day. Super competitive prices.
From what I could see there is a particular attention also to the "weightlifting" preparation, therefore, for those who prefer only that type of activity, instead of the crossfit classes, they will definitely have the opportunity to train technique and strength in open gym or "one to one ”with the coaches.
