★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho mai avuto grandi affinità con le arti marziali cinesi ma il Wing Tsun mi ha permesso di mettermi in gioco e di riconsiderare le mie opinioni e i preconcetti. In questa palestra, oltre ad un ambiente sano e a tanti ottimi compagni di allenamento, ho avuto la fortuna di incontrare il Sifu Emanuele Fracella e di apprezzarne la bravura, la serietà, la professionalità, la dedizione nell'insegnamento di questa magnifica arte. Oltre a lui, un sentito grazie è dovuto a tutti i Si-hing con cui ho modo di studiare. Complimenti anche ai ragazzi di Cross Fit, tutti molto motivati e in gran forma.
I have never had great affinities with Chinese martial arts but Wing Tsun has allowed me to get involved and to reconsider my opinions and preconceptions. In this gym, in addition to a healthy environment and many excellent training companions, I was lucky enough to meet Sifu Emanuele Fracella and to appreciate his skill, seriousness, professionalism, dedication in teaching this magnificent art. In addition to him, a heartfelt thanks is due to all the Si-hings with whom I have the opportunity to study. Congratulations also to the guys of Cross Fit, all very motivated and in great shape.
