★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da anni vado in vacanza in Romagna precisamente a Bellaria. Siccome negli ultimi anni ho avuto problemi con gli appartamenti affittati con i privati quest'anno mi sono rivolta ad una agenzia precisamente Evangelisti leader della zona, mi hanno proposto un appartamento in via Sebenico sopra un negozio di alimentari. le foto sul sito erano carine e quindi abbiamo prenotato per 15 gg ad agosto. All'arrivo abbiamo insistito per vedere l'appartamento in quanto dovevamo pagare anticipatamente in contanti e lasciare una cauzione. Molto velocemente ci è stata mostrata la casa e sembrava corrispondere alle foto, se non chè ci siamo resi conto che in una camera da letto non esisteva impianto elettrico, c'era solo una presa accanto alla porta, inutilizzabile non un tavolino con una piccola luce qualora alla sera si volesse leggere. L'altra camera da letto con due comodini e due abat jour ma solo una funzionante in quanto la seconda era priva di presa elettrica. Nella zona giorno un grosso divano ed una poltrona in pelle beige probabilmente anno 5o completamente rovinato sporco e con grosse crepe nella pelle. per nascondere tutto ciò erano stati ricoperti con trapunte imbottite (molto gradevoli con i 30 gradi di agosto ).Impianto elettrico ai limiti della sicurezza, cucina forse 1 metro x 2. Alle rimostranze ci è stato risposto che nessuno si era lamentato (cosa incredibile).Solitamente non faccio recensioni ma credo che stavolta fosse necessario in quanto la casa nel complesso è carina e basta veramente qualche piccola miglioria per far si che i clienti che pagano profumatamente non si sentano presi in giro.
I have been going on holiday in Romagna for years, precisely in Bellaria. As in recent years I've had problems with the apartments rented by private this year I turned to an agency specifically Evangelists area leaders, they have proposed an apartment on Sibenik above a grocery store. the photos on the site were nice so we booked for 15 days in August. Upon arrival we insisted on seeing the apartment as we had to pay cash in advance and leave a deposit. Very quickly the house was shown to us and seemed to correspond to the photos, except that we realized that in one bedroom there was no electrical system, there was only one socket next to the door, unusable not a small table with a small light if in the evening you wanted to read. The other bedroom with two bedside tables and two bedside lamps but only one working as the second one had no electrical outlet. In the living area a large sofa and a beige leather armchair probably 5o year completely ruined dirt and with large cracks in the skin. to hide all this they had been covered with padded quilts (very pleasant with 30 degrees in August). Electrical system at safety limits, kitchen maybe 1 meter x 2. We were told that no one complained (unbelievable) .I usually don't do reviews but I think this time it was necessary because the house as a whole is pretty and it really takes some small improvements to make sure that customers who pay handsomely don't feel cheated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Persone molto cordiali ed attente ad ogni cliente. Ho soggiornato con la famiglia presso un loro appartamento a fine luglio e non ho avuto niente di cui lamentarmi. Veloce il check in presso l'agenzia, appartamento pulito e sanificato, tutto nel rispetto delle norme. All'arrivo consegnano anche un buono sconto settimanale per la spiaggia. Riprova che in Romagna si sta bene non solo in albergo...

Ho mangiato una frittura di pesce veramente cotta a puntino, da voto dieci, calda come appena tolta dall'olio.

Con l'agenzia non avuto una bella esperienza, avevamo già concordato per email le date e all'improvviso volevano farmi rimenere un giorno in meno quindi dovevo partire a ferragosto e non il giorno dopo. Io mi opposti lo mi vennero in contro con molta fatica. Detto ciò l'appartamento che avevo non era male solo che online nella descrizione mettevano la tv, invece in loco non c'era. In definitiva non credo che mi affiderò ancora a loro per lo miei vacanze.
Misunderstandings can happen to everyone. I didn't have a good experience with the agency, we had already agreed on the dates by email and suddenly they wanted me to stay one day less so I had to leave in mid-August and not the day after. I opposed him they came against me with great difficulty. Having said that the apartment I had was not bad only that online in the description they put the TV, instead there was not on site. Ultimately I don't think I will rely on them again for my holidays.
