★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sto cercando casa a Rimini da mesi e mesi e tutti i loro annunci sono o senza immagini o con scarsissime immagini, oltretutto non so quante centinaia di volte avrò chiamato il loro numero non mi hanno risposto neanche 1 sola volta ma neanche a richiamare !!! Pessimo servizio al cliente mai vista una cosa del genere !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver chiamato per una decina di volte in una giornata mi sono presentata in sede solo per aspettare ulteriori 40 minuti che la signora dell'agenziq finisse di parlare del più e del meno con un altro cliente per poi essere trattata con scortesia. Inoltre degli annunci esposti dall'agenzia in rete nom sono veritieri riguardo a metrature e prezzo dell'immobile. Pessima agenzia pessimo servizio. Sconsiglio vivamente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È solo una perdita di tempo, aprono una scheda con i vostri dati oppure chiedete info tramite il sito 'immobiliare.it' molto promettente e il giorno seguente centinaia di email sospette nella casella spam. Telefonate l'agenzia dopo un mesetto e non si ricordano nemmeno di voi!
Evitate, sconsiglio vivamente!

It's just a waste of time, they open a form with your data or ask for info via the very promising 'immobiliare.it' site and the next day hundreds of suspicious emails in the spam box. Call the agency after a month and they don't even remember you!
Avoid, I strongly advise against!

Pubblicano decine di annunci. Non ho mai ricevuto nessuna risposta alle mie richieste. Al telefono sono riuscito a parlare 1 sola volta, spiegando che cercavo un appartamento annuale per esigenze lavorative. "Bene!" la risposta, "Venga qui in agenzia chevediamo quali sono le sue esigenze." In realtà sono di Verona, però la prossima settimana martedì o mercoledì sono in zona". Perfetto! Venga il pomeriggio dopo le 3 che al mattino non ci sono" Passo la settimana dopo, alle 15.15, una impiegata davanti al pc, che a malapena mi guarda in faccia mi dice che è inutile che cerco perchè non hanno nulla da proporre. Ma tutte le inserzioni che pubblicate? Ah in 5 minuti vanno via... Ah voi dovreste andare via!!! Mi chiedo come facciano ad essere ancora aperti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lavoro anche io presso affitta presto di Bellaria. Ogni mattina, con la santa pazienza, rispondo a email e telefonate. Chiunque può confermare la ns presenza in agenzia, in orari indicati. Può capitare che siamo fuori per visite, ed in questi casi appendiamo IL CARTELLO FUORI PER VISITA.
Spesso però, ci troviamo a dover sbrigare svariate faccende all'interno dell'agenzia, non prendiamo le telefonate non certo per mancanza di rispetto per il cliente. Vi consiglierei vivamente di recarvi in loco, qualora la linea risultasse occupata.

Avevamo urgenza di lasciare l'appartamento e la situazione è stata gestita in maniera molto professionale. Mi è bastato recarmi in agenzia, e mi hanno gentilmente accolta. Assolutamente consigliata!
Vorrei precisare che l'affitto è stato stipulato solo qualche giorno fa, quindi confermo che l'agenzia è allo stato di oggi aperta.
