★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inizio con l’accoglienza, eccellente, disponibilità e cordialità. Professionalità, dire eccellente è poco e cinque stelle non bastano ne aggiungerei altre cinque. Devo ammettere che ero scettica, e la cosa più sorprendente è che mi sono sentita subito a mio agio, sentivo la loro professionalità disponibilità e gentilezza. Ho provato altri centri e devo dire che assolutamente non c’è paragone, mi sono guardata allo specchio, alla fine del primo trattamento, e sono rimasta sbalordita, mi domandavo se fossi realmente io o se il tempo magicamente fosse tornato indietro, e non riuscivo a trattenere la mia felicità nel constatare l’eccellente qualità e professionalità. Se potessi mettere delle foto vedreste con i vostri occhi il risultato, e rimarreste a bocca aperta come è successo a me. Grazie “Eva Groop” oggi mi hai reso una Donna felice.
 I start with the welcome, excellent, helpfulness and cordiality. Professionalism, excellent is not enough and five stars are not enough, I would add another five. I have tried other centers and I must say that there is absolutely no comparison, I looked in the mirror, at the end of the first treatment, and I was amazed, I wondered if it was really me or if time had magically turned back, and I could not to hold back my happiness in noting the excellent quality and professionalism. If you could put photos you would see the result with your own eyes, and you would be amazed as it happened to me. Thanks "Eva Groop" today you made me a happy woman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La puntualità non è il valore aggiunto. . Più di 30 min di attesa al primo appuntamento .. forse perché con Groupon.. le altre volte dai 10 ai 15 minuti. Centro estetico molto grande e ben tenuto e con trattamenti all'avanguardia. Peccato abbiano una politica commerciale molto aggressiva e a volte non trasparente
Punctuality is not the added value. . More than 30 min of waiting on the first date .. maybe because with Groupon .. the other times from 10 to 15 minutes. Very large and well-kept beauty center with cutting-edge treatments. Too bad they have a very aggressive and sometimes non-transparent commercial policy

Entri con un coupon promozionale di 20€ ed esci con dei pacchetti premium con cifre esorbitanti e con personale invadente e poco rispettoso verso il cliente. Prenoti la seduta con un orario ma per vari ritardi da parte della struttura sei costretto a disdire i vari appuntamenti che avevi nel corso della giornata. Personale che cambia puntualmente e visivamente stressato che si ripercuote sulla seduta che dovrebbe rilevarsi un momento di esclusivo relax anche soprattutto per l'elevato costo.
CERCATE ALTROVE E NON FATEVI ABBINDOLARE!!!!!!!!

You enter with a promotional coupon of € 20 and go out with premium packages with exorbitant figures and with intrusive and disrespectful staff towards the customer. You book the session with a schedule but due to various delays on the part of the structure you are forced to cancel the various appointments you had during the day. Personnel that changes promptly and visually stressed which affects the session which should be a moment of exclusive relaxation also especially for the high cost.
LOOK ELSEWHERE AND DON'T BE CHECKED !!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale cordiale e preparato. Frequento questo centro da un po’ di tempo e con le varie promozioni devo dire di riuscire a farmi seguire su più trattamenti con competenza e ad un prezzo ragionevole.
Per alcuni trattamenti è necessario molto tempo per cui meglio andare un giorno in cui non avete impegni e potete rilassarvi al massimo.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have been visiting this center for some time and with the various promotions I must say that I can be followed on more treatments with competence and at a reasonable price.
For some treatments it takes a long time so it is better to go on a day when you have no commitments and you can relax to the maximum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho visto l’annuncio su Instagram e ho provato un trattamento viso a 19€, ottima esperienza, lo staff è stato molto gentile, mi ha eseguito il trattamento Lia, molto brava. Hanno pubblicizzato il centro e altri loro trattamenti, ma non in modo eccessivo o inopportuno

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato una pulizia del viso con Groupon, sperando di trovare un posto valido anche per il futuro, e che mi facesse passare un momento di relax... Risultato: sono uscita col mal di testa dopo TRE ore! Quasi un'ora di ritardo iniziale, e due ore di ansia perché insieme al trattamento (tutto spezzettato) non hanno fatto che parlare e parlare dei loro trattamenti e di me che non sapevo prendermi cura della mia pelle... Per propormi, dopo due ore di stress, un pacchetto da 4200 euro, quasi compiaciute di farmi un regalo! E quando ho detto NO, quasi han fatto fatica ad accompagnarmi all'uscita. Che schifo.
I booked a facial cleansing with Groupon, hoping to find a good place for the future as well, and that would give me a moment of relaxation ... Result: I left with a headache after THREE hours! Almost an hour of initial delay, and two hours of anxiety because together with the treatment (all broken up) they did nothing but talk and talk about their treatments and about me not knowing how to take care of my skin ... hours of stress, a 4200 euro package, almost pleased to give me a gift! And when I said NO, they almost had a hard time accompanying me to the exit. How disgusting.
