Tramite questa visita ho potuto conoscere questo mondo a me quasi sconosciuto.
Io almeno pensavo che un uovo uscisse da una gallina e venisse messo in una scatola.
Nella mia ignoranza non capivo veramente cosa significasse la lavorazione di un ovoprodotto o di un uovo stesso.
In poco tempo mi sono state spiegate molte cose, pensavo che il prodotto biologico per esempio non fosse altro che un uovo come un altro, o che le uova stesse fossero tutte uguali tra loro,ma non è così.
La visita mi ha mostrato la serietà di un azienda con milioni di fatturato, leader nel settore.
La mentalità che bisogna avere, la serietà con cui viene affrontato ogni processo di lavorazione dello stesso.
Splendida esperienza.
Un azienda in continua evoluzione, quasi instancabile nelle idee.
Fateci un salto anche voi se potete, troveranno sempre tempo per le persone curiose.
I had the pleasure of visiting this Italian multinational.
Through this visit I got to know this world almost unknown to me.
At least I thought it came out an egg from a hen and was put in a box.
In my ignorance I did not really understand what it meant to the processing of a egg product or an egg itself.
In a short time many things were explained to me, I thought that the organic product, for example, if only an egg as another, or that the eggs themselves were all equal to each other, but it does not.
