★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le uova sono speciali, raccolte solo 2/3 ore prima appena arrivate in casa subito 2 sbattute con lo zucchero, buonissime. Persone gentilissime e cordiali, anche questo la dice lunga su come possano aver improntato il loro rapporto con i preziosi animali.
The eggs are special, collected only 2/3 hours before as soon as they arrive at home immediately 2 beaten with sugar, delicious. Very kind and friendly people, this also speaks volumes about how they could have shaped their relationship with the precious animals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L’azienda è a conduzione familiare, tutto viene trattato come una volta: le galline razzolano a terra e dormono su posatoi di legno. È tutto molto naturale. Le uova vengono raccolte e subito inserite nei cestini per la consegna. Davvero fresche ?
I titolari sono molto simpatici e disponibili e trattano le galline come se fossero di famiglia ? Non mancano 2 caprette a far compagnia alle galline
The company is family-run, everything is treated like it used to be: hens scratch on the ground and sleep on wooden perches. It's all very natural. The eggs are collected and immediately inserted into the baskets for delivery. Really fresh ?
The owners are very friendly and helpful and treat the chickens as if they were part of the family. Ano There are 2 goats to keep the chickens company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le uova sono fresche, anche se ogni tanto qualche albume non è bello condidtente. Ho dato quattro stelle perché ho un piccolo dubbio: come mai il tuorlo è così "colorato"? Per quanto mi riguarda, siccome ho avuto la possibilità di avere delle galline che razzolavano in campagna e non mangiavano altro che quello che trovavano, tranne quando raccoglievamo il granoturco, beccavano gli "avanzi", il tuorlo così arancione non l'ho mai visto. Potete chiarirmi? Grazie
The eggs are fresh, even if every now and then some egg whites are not nice for the user. I gave four stars because I have a little doubt: why is the yolk so "colorful"? As far as I'm concerned, since I had the opportunity to have some chickens scratching around in the countryside and eating nothing but what they found, except when we picked up the corn, they pecked at the "leftovers", I've never seen the yolk so orange.
