Il titolare mi ha accolto in maniera gentile e mi ha spiegato come smontare il vetro pre-esistente per portaglielo di persona ed evitare il costo della visita a domicilio:Onestà. Avrebbe potuto spararmi qualsiasi scusa per venire a casa a fare il lavoro e farmi spendere una cifra più alta, ma non lo ha fatto.
Ottimo il vetro che ha prodotto, ben rifinito e con la gattaiola già montata. Io ho dovuto solopiù re-inserirlo nella finestra e sigillare.
Lo consiglio? certamente, un artigiano che non cerca di prendere in giro, ma sa fare il suo mestiere. Da conservare
I desperately needed a glass with a hole for the cat flap, given the arrival of the cold season. The owner welcomed me kindly and explained how to disassemble the pre-existing glass to bring it to him in person and avoid the cost of a home visit: Honesty. He could have shot me any excuse to come home to do the work and make me spend a higher amount, but he didn't.
Excellent glass that has produced, well finished and with the cat flap already mounted. I just had to re-insert it into the window and seal it.
I advise? certainly, a craftsman who does not try to make fun, but knows how to do his job. To keep

Richieste avvenute sia telefonicamente, via whatsapp e di persona. passati 6 mesi ho ottenuto la data e l ora dalle 10 alle 12 di un giorno feriale. alle 11.15 non vedendo nessuno ho chiamato. mi è stato risposto che mi avrebbero contattato dopo 5 Min. naturalmente ho richiamato io dopo un attesa di mezz'ora solo per sentirmi dire che non potevano venire. a mio parere poco corretti e poco professionali
unfortunately my experience is totally negative. after requesting and obtaining a quote within a week I had to request the appointment for the measures several times. Requests occurred either by telephone, via whatsapp and in person. past 6 months I got the date and time from 10 to 12 on a weekday. at 11.15 not seeing anyone I called. I was told that they would contact me after 5 Min. naturally I called back after a half hour wait just to hear that they could not come. in my opinion not very correct and not very professional
