Seppur l'azienda non prevede la consegna verso la Macedonia del Nord, si sono attivati per la consegna del prodotto ed in seguito a causa di un cavillo doganale per cui non e' stato possibile consegnarmi i prodotti ordinati, mi hanno interamente rimborsato. I ordered products from this company after occasionally finding them on the internet. Although the company does not provide for delivery to North Macedonia, they took steps to deliver the product and later due to a customs quibble for which it was not possible to deliver the ordered products to me, they fully refunded me.

Da maggio c.a. rimango ancora in attesa di una risposta dall'ufficio commerciale. Could it be that in the meantime the price of the product has doubled? From May approx. I am still waiting for a response from the sales department.
B	BORGHETTO POGGIO BIANCO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 3 anni di ordini con sede legale in Lombardia e sede operativa in Toscana (quindi sempre merce consegnata in Toscana) sbagliano ad inserire l’indirizzo di consegna e i prodotti arrivano in Lombardia. Gli chiedo di sistemare il problema e non se ne assumono le responsabilità in quanto noi non abbiamo ricontrollato gli indirizzi sull’ordine (che da 3 anni erano sempre gli stessi). I prodotti sono buoni ma l’azienda purtroppo non ha del personale adatto a gestire le problematiche. After 3 years of orders with registered office in Lombardy and operational headquarters in Tuscany (therefore always goods delivered in Tuscany) they are wrong to enter the delivery address and the products arrive in Lombardy. I ask him to fix the problem and do not take responsibility for it as we have not double-checked the addresses on the order (which for 3 years were always the same). The products are good but unfortunately the company does not have suitable staff to manage the problems.

E' passato più di un mese e nonostante gli accordi telefonici, il corriere per il ritiro è stato mandato nella città sbagliata. Addebitati i costi sia della restituzione che del nuovo ordine. Ho fatto notare l'esperienza poco brillante e mi sono trovato a "palleggiare" via email con il commerciale a suon di email senza raggiungere un risultato. Non si tratta di pagare le spese di spedizione (che ho pagato ancora prima di scrivere il mio reclamo) ma di avere una visione commerciale e di buon rapporto con il cliente, più opportuna. Dopo aver consegnato la merce in Emilia Romagna, in pieno lockdown, hanno mandato il ritiro della stessa merce a Milano. La loro commerciale risponde in modo piccato che la consegna è stata fatta a Milano, e anche davanti all'evidenza non ammette l'errore. Risultato: per l'ordine di 3 set lenzuola siamo in ballo da mesi, abbiamo passato del gran tempo ad inviare mail e al telefono, pagato i costi del trasporto e ancora non abbiamo risolto. Un giovane commerciale venditore che ho trovato gentile professionale e preparato. Abbiamo acquistato con lui e ci siamo trovati bene. Davide è un ottimo professionista. Gentilezza disponibilità e ascolto fanno di lui un ottimo interlocutore. Consiglio sicuramente. I called the company and received courtesy from the first contact.
