★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato per una dimostrazione del forno rational,mi è piaciuta,lo chef Gianluca mi ha tolto dei dubbi circa dei processi di cottura, inoltre sono gli unici in Bergamo ad avere nella sala demo la novità il i vario pro multi cottura, bollitore, friggitrice, cottura in pressione,fry top con temperature gestibili differenti sulla stessa vasca,brasiera assolutamente da vedere il tutto con la stessa macchina.?
I went for a demonstration of the rational oven, I liked it, the chef Gianluca removed my doubts about the cooking processes, moreover they are the only ones in Bergamo to have in the demo room the novelty i vario pro multi cooking, kettle, fryer , pressure cooking, fry top with different manageable temperatures on the same tank, bratt pan absolutely worth seeing all with the same machine.
