In particolare ciò che ha fatto la professionalità è avermi proposto un articolo "su misura" secondo le mie specifiche necessità, senza per questo far lievitare il prezzo che è stato assolutamente concorrenziale. Per quel che concerne la sostituzione del telo della tenda già in mio possesso è stata una vera e propria sorpresa: mi hanno restituito un prodotto praticamente nuovo. Rapporto qualità prezzo in entrambi i casi eccellente. Consiglio.
Purchase of new curtains and tent repairs already in my possession. Satisfied with the purchase made and the installation. In particular, what professionalism has done is to have proposed me a "tailor-made" article according to my specific needs, without thereby raising the price which has been absolutely competitive. As far as the replacement of the tent cloth already in my possession was concerned, it was a real surprise: they gave me back a practically new product. Excellent value for money in both cases. Advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inaffidabili. Chiamati più volte a diversi orari ma nessuna risposta. Sono andata di persona e mi hanno richiamata per fissare un appuntamento a distanza di 2 settimane. Sono venuti a casa per farmi il preventivo che non mi è mai arrivato. Assurdo, e abito a 100 mt da loro. Nemmeno lo sforzo di spostarsi.
Unreliable. Called several times at different times but no answer. I went in person and they called me back to make an appointment after 2 weeks. They came home to get me the quote that never came to me. Absurd, and I live 100 meters from them. Not even the effort to move.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero passato per un preventivo e oltre alla maleducazione di un operaio che mi ha fatto parcheggiare a bordo strada (quando c'é tanto di parcheggio interno) a rischio di venire investito, ho aspettato quasi un'ora fuori dalla porta "Uffici" in attesa che qualcuno mi facesse entrare. Capisco il distanziamento visto il problema Covid, ma che in una attività come questa non ci sia nemmeno uno straccio di esposizione in cui far aspettare i clienti senza che si prendano un'insolazione mi sembra proprio il colmo.
Me ne sono andato e di certo non mi vedranno ritornare. Al di là dei prezzi per me l'attenzione al cliente (o potenziale cliente) è sacra ma qui manca proprio del tutto.
I had gone for a quote and in addition to the rudeness of a worker who made me park on the street (when there is a lot of internal parking) at the risk of being run over, I waited almost an hour outside the "Offices" door waiting that someone let me in. I understand the distance given the Covid problem, but that in an activity like this there is not even a shred of exposure in which to make customers wait without taking sunstroke seems to me to be the height.
I'm gone and they certainly won't see me come back. Beyond the prices, for me the attention to the customer (or potential customer) is sacred but here it is completely missing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In attesa di un preventivo dal 24 Giugno. Ho richiamato in azienda per informazioni circa 2 settimane fa ma ancora nulla. Al momento non sappiamo quindi se e quando ci verrà fornito.
Comunicazione 0 e di certo (purtroppo) situazioni come questa non invogliano a proseguire con l'eventuale acquisto.
Waiting for a quote from June 24th. I called back to the company for information about 2 weeks ago but still nothing. At the moment we do not therefore know if and when it will be provided to us.
Communication 0 and certainly (unfortunately) situations like this do not encourage you to continue with the possible purchase.
