Per quanto riguarda l’installazione si percepisce subito la grande esperienza nel settore e soprattutto la grande pazienza che hanno avuto nei miei confronti assecondando tutte le mie richieste per quanto riguarda finiture e regolazioni. Un grosso grazie a tutto il gruppo Marastoni Tende ed in particolare a Michele e suo padre che hanno saputo capire e soddisfare quello che avevo in mente di installare.
Infine un grazie a Nicolas e agli installatori per il grande lavoro fatto e la regolazione finale.

Non ne ho avuto bisogno per il mio acquisto ma sono stato anche a visitare lo show-room e devo dire che è veramente ampio e ben allestito. In poche parole degli ottimi professionisti.
I found professionalism and friendliness. The purchase and supply assistance service was precise and well done. I didn't need it for my purchase but I was also visiting the showroom and I must say that it is really large and well set up. In short, excellent professionals.

Bad experience (replacement of a motor of an outdoor awning of their own production). A technician carries out an inspection by announcing the sending of the estimate after a couple of days. After 5 reminders and ONE year I am still waiting for it.
