Mi sono presentato il lunedì mattina e la Signora non sapeva nulla nonostante che c'era in programma la mia macchina. Mi fissa l'appuntamento per venerdì ore 08.30 dopo aver sottolineato l'importanza di finire entro mezzogiorno e mezzo (alle 14.30 dovevamo partire a Milano e poi da Malpensa partenza per le vacanze). La chiamo alle 12.15 chiedendo se la macchina è pronta e la Signora in questione mi risponde con il tono quasi irritato:" non eravamo connessi ovvero mancava la connessione, e quindi il soccorso satellitare si farà oggi ore 16.00". Se non avesse saputo già da 5 giorni che la macchina mi servirebbe per l'ora richiesta..Ora devo pagare il penale perché ho dovuto posticipare la data di partenza (€95 a persona). Mai più. La mia esperienza è positiva direi...mi è morta la macchia a qualche centinaio di metri dalla loro officina. Alle 19.30 in orario di chiusura sono venuti a recuperarmela. Diagnosi in mezza giornata lavorativa, problema elettrico al mio veicolo. Oltre ad avermela sistemata l'hanno collaudata a dovere. I pezzi sostituiti (cosa che non fanno molti meccanici) me li hanno presentati davanti agli occhi. Hanno fatto un lavorone, ho speso meno di quanto pensassi se considero il costo dei pezzi da cambiare. Sono quindi onesti, cordiali, simpatici e competenti. Auto restituita in 24h, preventivo (onesto) telefonico COMPRENSIVO DI IVA, quindi niente sorprese. Alla consegna mostrano i pezzi smontati e sostituiti, alla fine ho pagato anche 25€ in meno del previsto. Consigliato. A loro discolpa la Motorizzazione non aveva posto.... Ok.... Questo a Marzo '19 mi viene detto la contatteremo noi per la data..... Passano i mesi... Chiamo e mando email per avere notizie... Nulla! Alla fine mi danno appuntamento per il 19/11 di martedì sempre col punto di?..... nuovamente sempre io chiedo per cortesia che mi diano conferma il venerdì visto che devo chiedere ferie! Ecco perché ho messo 1⭐perché ho SEMPRE dovuto chiedere in prima persona le informazioni, questa la trovo una GRANDE mancanza di PROFESSIONALITÀ e SERIETÀ verso il cliente! Non stupiamoci poi se le recensioni sono negative.
