★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Riguardo alla mia esperienza sconsiglio questa officina. La macchina (fortunatamente in garanzia) è entrata difettosa e ne è uscita sempre con lo stesso difetto.
Cosa peggiore essendo nuovo cliente (presumo io) mentre spiegavo il difetto della macchina arrivava una donna (presumo loro cliente da come la accoglieva) e questo educatissimo meccanico si allontanava per andare da lei mentre stavo ancora parlando. Alla fine un'altro meccanico che notava la cosa si avvicinava per farmi finire il discorso. Mai vista una cosa del genere.
 Regarding my experience I do not recommend this workshop. The machine (fortunately under warranty) is defective entry and it is always output with the same defect.
What new customer being worse (I presume) when explaining the fault of the car came a woman (I assume their client on how welcomed), and this mechanical educatissimo moved away to go to her while I was speaking. Eventually another mechanic who noted it was approaching for me to finish the speech. Never seen such a thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno detto di aver risolto il problema ai freni posteriori invece, non è stato fatto nulla. Io ho avuto un incidente con danni oltre le 5000€ che forse con un impianto frenante efficente avrei evitato.
Con i freni non si fanno queste cose! Si mette a rischio la vita delle persone.
They said they had solved the problem with the rear brakes instead, nothing was done. I had an accident with damages over € 5000 that perhaps with an efficient braking system I would have avoided.
You don't do these things with brakes! It puts people's lives at risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto eseguire il cambio degli pneumatici della mia Giulia per la stagione estiva che è stato eseguito come al solito in modo professionale usando la chiave dinamometrica con pressione in base ai parametri della casa. Mi hanno inoltre saldato un cavo del sensore freni che si era tranciato il tutto ad un costo equo in base al tempo impiegato.
I had my Giulia's tires changed for the summer season which was performed as usual in a professional way using the torque wrench with pressure according to the parameters of the house. They also soldered me a brake sensor cable which had been sheared at a fair cost based on the time it took.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ciao in tanti anni che porto l auto a riparare da loro mi sono trovato sempre molto bene, tutti quanti molto gentili e educati, ho preso appuntamento sono stato ricontattato per il preventivo dopodiché al ritiro della mia auto mi hanno fatto vedere i pezzi sostituiti (cosa che non fanno tutte le officine)grande professionalità da parte di tutti grazie Betty Luca e non ricordo gli altri 2 meccanici scusate e soprattutto forza Diego continuiate così consiglio a tutti buon lavoro ragazzi
Hello in the many years that I have taken the car to be repaired by them I have always found myself very well, all of them very kind and polite, I made an appointment I was contacted for a quote and then when I collected my car they showed me the replaced parts (what who do not do all the workshops) great professionalism from everyone thanks Betty Luca and I don't remember the other 2 mechanics sorry and above all go on Diego keep it up I recommend everyone good job guys
