Alessandro dell'accoglienza della nuova officina annoiato ed arrogante. Preventivo carissimo (chi acquista Kia, lo fa per risparmiare, non vuole pagare l'olio motore 29,50€ al litro) e battibecco sull'orario di ritiro. Per fortuna mia moglie aveva copia della mail da loro spedita con specifiche orarie. Il personale della vecchia officina, sia all'accoglienza che all'interno era di tutt'altra pasta. Mi dispiace veramente dopo 8 anni essere trattati così non è piacevole. Unfortunately my appreciation for Martignoni's Kia assistance has plummeted to one star. Dopo essere stato da altre concessionarie, a malincuore devo dire assolutamente molto deluso ! Non ci tornerò e non li consiglio ! Aggiungo che non si è neanche presentato (siamo ai rudimenti base del commercio...) Little liked ... Poor reception, no written estimate (only displayed on screen / on the calculator). Oggi ho portato la mia Kia per il tagliando prenotato un mese fa, e mi ritrovo che l'officina e assistenza è stata chiusa e trasferita a Gallarate. Traslocati lunedì scorso. Meno male che in genere gioco sempre d'anticipo e sono arrivato comunque a Gallarate puntuale sull'orario della prenotazione. Mi è stato detto che hanno avvisato via e-mail della modifica ma non ho ricevuto nulla, nemmeno nella casella di spam. J	Jennifer Nava on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprata auto 1 anno fa, kia stonic, tutto bene quando si parla di vendita, ovviamente a prender soldi sono veloci gentili e disponibili, poi ti trovi a dover fare il primo tagliando "le mandiamo tutto via email" mai ricevuto nulla per quanto riguarda il preventivo,mi dicono di presentarmi alle 8 di questa mattina, alle 7 e 54 ero già li davanti alle 8 e 30 qualcuno si degna di arrivare e dirmi che il centro assistenza é stato spostato a gallarate, di corsa arrivo la con arroganza mi viene detto dove lasciare l'auto e poi mi consegnano un foglietto con scritto 280 EURO PER IL PRIMO TAGLIANDO! non sapevo di aver comprato una macchina di lusso.. prendo la macchina e vado via,ho trovato chi ha voglia di lavorare con simpatia e cordialitá..chiamo a busto arsizio per informarli del mio disappunto verso di loro e vengo trattato con arroganza ugualmente! Fantastici solo nel vendere ma per il resto.. scappate. Disponibili fin da subito, anche se ero entrata solo per "vedere", risposta cortese a qualunque domanda e valutazione personale della richiesta. Non si limitano nei consigli sulla scelta di ciò che si cerca e si sta considerando. Massima chiarezza in tutto. 1 ore e mazza do strada per raggiungerli da casa ma.ne è valsa la pena. I can only speak highly of them. I bought a used kia stonic and compared to many other offers they were unbeatable. Available immediately, even if I had only entered to "see", courteous response to any question and personal evaluation of the request. Il mio apprezzamento va soprattutto alla sig.ra Barbara PILOTTO, dimostratasi cordiale e disponibile già dai primi contatti sia via mail che telefonici, confermandosi tale e professionale anche di persona, con particolare attenzione al cliente anche dopo la conclusione della vendita dell’auto. Ritengo qualità ormai (purtroppo) in via di estinzione!!!... Il mio elogio quindi oltre che all’intero staff, va soprattutto alla sig.ra Barbara…. Grazie ancora. I state that I found the KIA “Martignoni” dealership in Busto Arsizio by chance, surfing the net (not being a local). My appreciation goes above all to Ms Barbara PILOTTO, who proved to be friendly and helpful from the very first contacts both by email and telephone, confirming herself as such and professional even in person, with particular attention to the customer even after the conclusion of the car sale. I believe that quality is now (unfortunately) on the verge of extinction !!! ... My praise, therefore, as well as to the entire staff, goes above all to Mrs. Barbara .... Thanks again.

Mi spiace per la nuova Kia ma ci sono altre auto e altri concessionari più competenti e gentili. Sono preferiti i clienti che pagano in contanti ma si dovrebbe avere più attenzione verso di loro. I found a rude person who was in a hurry to end the interview with unsatisfactory explanations. I'm sorry about the new Kia but there are other cars and other more competent and kind dealers. Customers who pay in cash are preferred but more attention should be paid to them.
