★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kleiner Laden und die Dame am Schalter spricht etwas Englisch. Fahrzeugübernahme/-rückgabe wird immer mit einer Person vom Büro zusammen durchgegangen um Schäden zu dokumentieren.
 Small shop and the lady at the counter speaks some English. Vehicle pick-up / return is always checked with a person from the office in order to document damage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessimo servizio,non rispondono quasi mai al telefono e quando lo fanno specialmente se risponde una donna e molto ma molto maleducata coi clienti,sulle auto manca sempre qualcosa (liquido tergicristalli,kit gonfia e ripara,tergicristallo posteriore, ecc ecc ) consegnano auto sempre inferiori alla categoria richiesta.....
bad service, they almost never answer the phone and when they do it especially if a woman answers and is very, very rude to the customers, on the cars there is always something missing (windshield wiper liquid, swell and repair kit, rear windshield wipers, etc. etc.) delivering always lower cars to the required category .....

Very positive experience ... courteous staff .. punctual in delivery and exhaustive in clarifications. The car clean and with all the options ... I will definitely be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mujer que atiende en la recepcion es despectiva y maleducada. No saluda cuando uno ingresa, no demuestra interes, no da la i formacion ni responde de manera cordial. Muy grotesca! En resumen....mal servicio al cliente!!
The woman who attends the reception is contemptuous and rude. He does not greet when one enters, does not show interest, does not give training or respond in a cordial manner. Very grotesque! In summary .... bad customer service !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza da dimenticare, auto sporca e maleodorante e per di più con molti rumori. Mi aspettavo qualcosa di meglio da un'auto che doveva essere "nuova" e con pochi Km visto quanto mi è costata. Ne ho prese molte di auto a noleggio a Potenza e ci sono noleggiatori seri e responsabili. Inoltre personale scortese assolutamente sconsigliato.
Experience to forget, dirty and stinking car and moreover with many noises. I was expecting something better from a car that had to be "new" and with a few Km seen how much it cost me. I have taken many rental cars in Potenza and there are serious and responsible renters. Also rude staff absolutely not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non so quale importanza il personale di questa ''Europcar'' dia alla propria clientela ed al proprio lavoro, ma sulla base della mia esperienza (da denuncia penale) mi sono fatta un'idea precisa, che vedo confermata dalla miriade di recensioni negative. La parola d'ordine in questo grottesco contesto chiamato ''agenzia'' è INCOMPETENZA, accompagnata da una buona dose di scortesia e altezzosità.
Sarei terrorizzata sapendo in mano loro la garanzia e la sicurezza dei trasporti durante un viaggio.
Consigliato?! Si, ma al peggior nemico.
I don't know what importance the staff of this '' Europcar '' give to their customers and their work, but based on my experience (from criminal complaint) I have a precise idea, which I see confirmed by the myriad of negative reviews. The password in this grotesque context called '' agency '' is INCOMPETENCE, accompanied by a good dose of rudeness and haughtiness.
I would be terrified knowing in their hands the guarantee and safety of transport during a trip.
Recommended?! Yes, but to the worst enemy.
