The counter was not willing to help and cut the phone line
The attendant felt strange with your car check, and the check point was right near a main road, which didn't allow long time parking for your car check.

Well... this location closes from 12:30pm to 2:30pm and has no after hours drop off... worst, we called them to explain that we needed to remain open but that we would try to get there earlier. They hung up on us. Think I'll stick to real car rental companies that actually understand and have customer service...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very dirty looking office, that looks like I has not been cleaned in some time.
The staff were not overly helpful and showed little interest in me as a customer.
The second I was handed my paperwork the woman walk out the back of the office to smoke.
Nothing was explained to me and no help beyond giving me the keys.
My Car had damage to the side and looked like it needed repair.
Not impressed, but this is what I expected from Europcar.
If the choice to use them or not was mine, I would never set foot in one of their offices again.
