★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio scarso, prenotata e pagata macchina via web due giorni prima, questa mattina andiamo per ritirarla e la macchina non è disponibile. I soldi dalla carta li hanno presi ma non è stato possibile avere il rimborso. Impossibile parlare con la direzione , numeri farlocchi dove nessuno risponde oppure cade la linea . A quando la chiusura definitiva?
 Poor service, booked and paid for the car via the web two days before, this morning we go to pick it up and the car is not available. They took the money from the card but it was not possible to get a refund. Impossible to talk to the management, fake numbers where no one answers or the line falls. When is the definitive closure?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Presa macchina come "sostitutiva" alla mia, ferma in carrozzeria, tramite Verti assicurazioni, mi viene consegnata una vettura di 3 anni con graffi e danni sul 90% della carrozzeria. Al momento della riconsegna non c'era nessun addetto al ritiro del mezzo che parcheggio secondo indicazioni affisse sul portone dell'agenzia ed inserisco le chiavi nel loro key box. Senza avvisarmi (me ne accorgo controllando la mia carta di credito) mi trovo un addebito da parte dell'agenzia che mi dicono dovuto ad un finestrino rotto dopo la riconsegna?!?!?!?!. Darò via ad una contestazione visto che ho testimoni che ho lasciato la macchina così come me l'avevano consegnata. Non consiglierei mai questa agenzia di noleggio neppure al mio peggior nemico!
Taking the car as a "replacement" to mine, stopped in the body shop, through Verti Assicurazioni, I was given a 3 year old car with scratches and damage on 90% of the body. At the time of delivery there was no employee to collect the vehicle, which I park according to the indications posted on the door of the agency and I insert the keys in their key box. Without notifying me (I realize it by checking my credit card) I find myself a charge from the agency that they tell me due to a broken window after the return?!?!?!?!. I will give way to a dispute since I have witnesses that I left the car as they had delivered it to me. I would never recommend this rental agency even to my worst enemy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a bit of a walk from centrale but its not far. Aneasy find with google maps. Makevsure you check the hours. They are closed for several hours during lunch. The service people are nice and speak English. It migjt be a little harder arriving here than leaving because there aren't a lot of parking places out front.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience today was simply shocking! I was called a liar and told to read T&Cs more carefully. After I presented T&Cs proving I did read carefully and I am right as the deposit for prepaid rentals is 300 and not 500 EUR, the guy totally lost it yelling at me that he doesn't work online and doesn't care whats on their website. I was offered deposit matching the one from T&Cs if I pay additional 120EUR for extra insurance (lol, nope!). Next step was threatening he calls the police (unfortunately he had second thoughts on that, that would have been so much fun). The experience ended with "ok, I'll take 300 EUR but I don't want to see you here again". Well, guess what, you won't!
2nd star because my previous experience with this office was positive (with huge delay, but justified and well communicated in a very friendly way).
EDIT: Europcar has multiple different versions of T&Cs on their site. Not my job to investigate it, but I did and they are notified. Although the higher deposit wasn't made up by the guy, the discussion could have been calmer.
