★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avions réserves de puis plus d'un mois une Fiat 500x mais il ne l'avait pas à disposition, ils m'ont proposé une voiture surclassé une Mercedes à 1800 € que je devais payer en supplément sinon il n'avait pas d'autre choix à me proposer, on reparter sans voiture alors qu'on avait payé. personnel très antipathique c'est grâce à une personne de la file d'attente qu'elle nous a donné une voiture toute petite nous sommes restés 3 heures à Europcar elle faisait passer d'autres personnes devant nous et nous laisser de côté. De plus leur serveur ne marchait pas et elle disait que c'était ma carte . a NAPLES

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ce mardi 13 aout 2019 a 13h Comme nous sommes arrivé 1h en retard l agence EUROPCAR de NAPLES AÉROPORT, nous avons eu une voiture supérieur , sois disant qu' il n avait plus notre petit modèle commander à Paris .
Résultat 500 euros supplémentaires à payer une essence au lieu de diesel .
Et la ramener plus tôt pas de geste pour la ramener plus tard le mercredi 28 août à 10h qu' on a l avion à 20h le soir NUL EUROPCAR de NAPLES plus JAMAIS
