A	Agostino Federico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ recatomi presso l' officina per smontare semplicemente il satellitare dell' assicurazione , mi sono ritrovato con il pedale del freno che si bloccava ad ogni frenata, tanto da essere quasi tamponato da chi mi seguiva,ritornato in officina per segnalare la cosa, mi veniva risposto che non era colpa loro,poichè in questi casi la meccanica non veniva toccata, ma probabilmente per coincidenza ,essendo l'auto vecchiotta, si era verificato un altro problema legato ai freni.Faccio presente che fino a mezz'ora prima il freno funzionava benissimo, ma continuano a dire che non è responsabilità loro.Morale della favola, avevano smontato la plancia sotto la pedaliera (rompendo almeno 2 supporti) e l'avevano montata malissimo, tanto che il pedale freno restava bloccato a freni premuti. HO RISOLTO DA SOLO,GRAZIE LO STESSO !!!!!!! Moral of the story, they had dismantled the dashboard under the pedal (breaking at least 2 supports) and had mounted it very badly, so much so that the brake pedal remained stuck with the brakes pressed. I SOLVED ITSELF, THANKS THE SAME !!!!!!!

L'accoglienza è stata professionale e la cura del cliente molto cortese e attenta alle richieste esposte. Nello specifico della mia esperienza, con auto a noleggio, oltre alla manutenzione ordinaria è stato preso in carico, e risolto, un problema che avevo esposto ad un altra officina che mi aveva risposto che la mia auto non presentava alcuna anomalia rispetto a quanto segnalato mentre il personale dell'officina Starace si è interessato con professionalità di verificare a approfondire la mia richiesta arrivando alla risoluzione del problema.
