POI HO CONTATTATO IL SERVIZIO VIA TELEFONO DATO CHE IL VEICOLO DA NOLEGGIARE NON LO PRENDEVO DIRETTAMENTE IO MA MIO PADRE, E DATO CHE LUI NON AVEVA LA CARTA DI CREDITO DOVEVAMO USARE LA MIA. QUELLI DI EUROPCAR SONO STATI VERAMENTE CORTESI E DISPONIBILI, IL VEICOLO FORNITO ERA IN PERFETTE CONDIZIONI, PRATICAMENTE NUOVO. POI ALLA FINE IL MEZZO LO ABBIAMO RESTITUITO 2 GIORNI PRIMA E HANNO CALCOLATO IL PREZZO SOLO IN BASE AGLI EFFETTIVI GIORNI DI UTILIZZO, ANZI HANNO ANCHE TOLTO QUALCHE ORA. COMUNQUE CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE EUROPCAR. GREAT!!! I MADE AN ESTIMATE ON LINE AND ALREADY WAS THE BEST PRICE ON THE MARKET. THEN I HAVE CONTACTED THE SERVICE BY TELEPHONE AS THE VEHICLE TO RENT I DIDN'T TAKE IT DIRECTLY BUT MY FATHER, AND GIVEN THAT HE HAD NOT HAD THE CREDIT CARD I HAD TO USE MY. THOSE OF EUROPCAR HAVE BEEN REALLY CORTESE AND AVAILABLE, THE VEHICLE PROVIDED WAS IN PERFECT CONDITION, PRACTICALLY NEW. THEN AT THE END THE SUBMISSION WE RETURNED 2 DAYS BEFORE AND CALCULATED THE PRICE ONLY ON THE BASIS OF THE ACTUAL DAYS OF USE, EVEN HAVE ALSO SOME SOME HOURS. OTHERWISE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EUROPCAR.

Se si hanno esigenze specifiche, è consigliato contattarli prima. Le auto sono tutte recenti e pulite. Staff available, courteous, precise and punctual. G	Gianni Russo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi capita spesso di noleggiare vetture, o che abbia a disposizione macchine sostitutive ma un autonoleggio peggiore di questo non l'ho mai incontrato. Sono scortesi, poco disponibili ad assecondare le richieste del cliente e oltretutto indisponenti. Macchina riportata con il pieno fatto ad un distributore a 500 mt da loro, hanno insinuato che la tacchetta non fosse proprio su quella del pieno. Che trucchetti da bancarella del torrone...non ci metterò mai più piede e chiunque abbia bisogno di una sostitutiva ne stia alla larga. I often rent cars, or have replacement cars available but I've never met a car worse than this. They are impolite, not very willing to comply with the client's requests and above all abounding. La mia twingo non raggiungeva mai la lancetta de pieno. Sono andato due volte dal benzinaio. Alla fine mi ha fatto pagare la differenza. Courtesy does not exist! As soon as you deliver the car, they try in every way to find non-existent damage and scratches to try to make them pay handsomely. My twingo never reached the full hand. I went to the gas station twice. In the end it made me pay the difference.
