Siamo arrivati al porto e li c’era l’incaricato pronto a prendere là nostra autovettura. A ritorno abbiamo chiamato 1 ora prima dell’arrivo ed appena sbarcati dall’aliscafo c’è stata riconsegnata la nostra autovettura. Gentilezza e professionalità senza euguali! Complimenti! Fabrizio I used this car park to go to Ventotene. The service is impeccable! We arrived at the port and the person in charge was there ready to take our car there. On our return we called 1 hour before arrival and as soon as we disembarked from the hydrofoil, our car was returned to us. Kindness and professionalism without equal! Compliments! Fabrizio

Lasciai la macchina in questo parcheggio per 5 giorni nella prima settimana di agosto, al mio rientro trovai la portiera graffiata (graffio sul taglio della porta quindi possibile solo all'apertura della stessa). Uno dei proprietari negò qualsiasi responsabilità dicendo che la macchina non era stata spostata proprio. Risposi di aver visto la mia macchina in un altro punto del parcheggio già mezz'ora dopo averla lasciata e la mattina del ritiro si trovava in un altro punto ancora (visto che si lasciano le chiavi). Trovatosi alle strette affermò di averla spostata ma continuando a negare qualsiasi responsabilità sul graffio. Dopo varie mie lamentele concordiamo una cifra di rimborso che mi viene pagata continuando a negare le responsabilità. Personale poco serio e non affidabile. Sconsigliato Bad experience. I left the car in this parking lot for 5 days in the first week of August, when I returned I found the door scratched (scratch on the cut of the door therefore possible only when it was opened). One of the owners denied any responsibility saying the car hadn't been moved at all. I replied that I saw my car in another place in the parking lot already half an hour after leaving it and on the morning of the pick-up it was still in another place (since you leave the keys). Finding himself cornered he claimed to have moved it but continued to deny any responsibility for the scratch. After several complaints from me, we agree on a reimbursement amount that is paid to me while continuing to deny responsibility. Untrustworthy and unreliable staff. Not recommended
