M	Maurizio Fontana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovendo rifare gli occhiali mi sono rivolto a questo centro e devo dire che ho trovato un personale estremamente gentile e competente ho trovato una vasta scelta di montature e a prezzi concorrenziali e già questo basterebbe se non fosse che dopo 15 giorni mi si é rotta una montatura e con mia sorpresa mi é stata sostituita gratuitamente, veramente stracontento di aver scelto questo centro ottico. Having to redo the glasses I turned to this center and I must say that I found an extremely kind and competent staff I found a wide choice of frames and at competitive prices and this would be enough if it were not that after 15 days a frame broke and to my surprise it was replaced free of charge, really happy to have chosen this optical center.

Me l'hanno sostituita, ma i tempi di consegna si sono leggermente allungati. Dopo meno di un anno ho fatto stringere i naselli e mi hanno rovinato entrambe le lenti, ovvero si sono scheggiate in corrispondenza dell'attaccatura con la montatura, all'altezza dei naselli. Il personale sembra sempre infastidito. Maybe you save, but the service is really painful. When my glasses were withdrawn, they told me that a lens was already chipped, perhaps during assembly. They replaced it, but delivery times were slightly longer. After less than a year I made the nose pads tighten and both lenses were ruined, or they splintered at the hairline, at the height of the nose pads. The staff always seems annoyed.
S	Serena Buzzano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La qualità si paga... qui le lenti costano molto poco... quasi la Metà rispetto a quelle di altri negozi di ottica... e si prende quel che si paga... ho fatto gli occhiali qui 2 volte, lenti antigraffio e antiriflesso. Il primo paio erano passabili ma ho dovuto cambiarle dopo nemmeno 1 anno perché la vista mi era calata.. quindi non le ho usate moltissimo... il secondo paio mi si è rigato dopo 6 mesi dall’acquisto! Ne erano rimasti sorpresi anche loro (ma non è che mi abbiano proposto un cambio in garanzia)... ci vedevo male ma la gradazione delle lenti doveva essere sempre quella. In pratica ci vedevo male perché le lenti erano in pessime condizioni dopo solo 6 mesi! Le ho poi rifatte altrove. Per il resto posizione un po’ scomoda e tempi di attesa abbastanza lunghi, sperando anche che non ti passi davanti nessuno! Ci sono andata qualche anno fa L’ultima volta e spero che nel frattempo abbiano anche adottato una soluzione per gestire la coda di persone. Es numerini perché non si capiva mai chi era già in coda, chi stava aspettando, chi stava semplicemente curiosando le montature... In practice I saw badly because the lenses were in poor condition after only 6 months! I then redone them elsewhere. For the rest, a little uncomfortable position and quite long waiting times, also hoping that no one will pass in front of you! I went there a few years ago The last time and I hope that in the meantime they have also adopted a solution to manage the queue of people. Mi sono staccate le cosi' dette (bacchette) degli occhiali e prontamente me li hanno riparati senza mai lamentarsi una volta .Lo avrebbero potuto anche non fare.
