★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio ben fornito, ma poco incline ad assistere il cliente. Dopo una spesa importante, mi dicono che ho diritto a 2 biglietti x una partita del napoli. Pur effettuando la giusta procedura, il sito mi riportava sempre un errore nel codice. Ho contattato il negozio e, dopo che si sono fatti inviare x messaggio codice e scontrino, sono tot scomparsi. Ho provato a sollecitare sia x tel che per messaggio, ma niente. Capisco che l'attività principale è vendere elettrodomestici ma, se decidete di premiare il cliente con questa iniziativa, non ve ne potete lavare le mani così velocemente. Se non siete in grado, x qualsiasi ragione, di poter gestire questa iniziativa, forse sarebbe meglio proprio non proporla. Delusa
Dopo qualche gg sono stata contattata dalla direzione, si sono scusati per quanto successo pur sottolineando di non avere responsabilità dirette e comunque Mi sono stati offerti altri biglietti per un'altra partita. Bel gesto che recupera molto. Grazie
Well-stocked shop, but little inclined to assist the customer. After an important expense, they tell me that I am entitled to 2 tickets for a Napoli match. While doing the right procedure, the site always reported an error in the code. I contacted the shop and, after they were sent x message, code and receipt, they disappeared. I tried to solicit both x tel and by message, but nothing. I understand that the main business is selling appliances but, if you decide to reward the customer with this initiative, you can't wash your hands that quickly. If you are unable, for whatever reason, to be able to manage this initiative, perhaps it would be better not to propose it. Disappointed
After a few days I was contacted by the management, they apologized for what happened while stressing that they have no direct responsibility and in any case I was offered other tickets for another match. Nice gesture that recovers a lot. Thank you
