★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutto bene fino a quando non c'è qualche problema con la merce. Ho speso migliaia e migliaia di euro in questo negozio, per l'elettronica mi sono sempre affidato a loro anche quando avrei potuto risparmiare comprando altrove, l'ho fatto perché avevo fiducia nel loro servizio. I miei problemi sono cominciati quando ho acquistato un frigorifero samsung (da 1200€). Il frigorifero ha cominciato a fare rumori assurdi e fastidiosissimi, ciò che non ti aspetti da un frigo così costoso. Dapprima mi sono affidato all'assistenza che però venendo a casa ammette il problema ma poi vengo chiamato dalla samsung dicendo che l'assistenza ha riferito che il problema non sussiste e che il rumore è assolutamente normale. Ho chiamato anche il direttore di euronics il quale mi ha assicurato che avrebbe gestito di persona il problema ma da allora non ho più sentito nessuno...
Morale della favola, fino a quando le cose vanno bene tutti gentili e disponibili, non appena capita qualcosa nessuno si degna di risolvere i problemi. Per quanto riguarda la mia personale esperienza, non mi avvicinerò mai più a questo store ed effettuerò i miei acquisti altrove
 All good as long as there is some problem with the goods. I spent thousands and thousands of euros in this shop, for electronics I have always relied on them even when I could have saved by buying elsewhere, I did it because I had faith in their service. My problems started when I bought a samsung refrigerator (from 1200 €). The refrigerator has started making absurd and annoying noises, what you don't expect from such an expensive fridge. At first I relied on the assistance but coming home admits the problem but then I am called by the samsung saying that the assistance reported that the problem does not exist and that the noise is absolutely normal. I also called the director of euronics who assured me that he would have handled the problem himself but since then I have not heard from anyone ...
Moral of the story, as long as things go well all kind and helpful, as soon as something happens no one deigns to solve problems. As for my personal experience, I will never go near this store again and will make my purchases elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato due smart tv, marca Thomson, il primo 32 pollici (16.01.22) ed il secondo proprio ieri mattina, beneficiando per quest'ultimo dello sconto rottamazione oltre al tasso zero in venti mesi. Tutto ok, soddisfatto degli acquisti. Devo segnalare la grande professionalita' e velocità dell' addetta alla cassa (MARTINA) che ha svolto un lavoro eccellente sebbene da sola. Un dieci e lode super meritato. Giuseppe Lamberti.
I bought two smart TVs, Thomson brand, the first 32 inches (16.01.22) and the second just yesterday morning, benefiting from the scrapping discount in addition to the zero rate in twenty months. Everything ok, satisfied with the purchases. I must point out the great professionalism and speed of the cashier (MARTINA) who did an excellent job, albeit alone. A super deserved ten and praise. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono trovato sempre bene, ho comprato tanti elettrodomestici, ma stavolta sono stato sfortunato, mi occorreva un piano di cottura a induzione, non trovandolo in esposizione ho chiesto in cassa, " attenda in reparto che viene l'operatore" dopo mezz'ora nessuno si è visto, sono andato via, in negozio c'erano pochissime persone.
