★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrato in negozio alle ore 18 e l'ho trovato deserto: ero l'unico cliente! Dei sette commessi presenti nessuno ha pensato di darmi un po' di attenzione e quando ho richiesto l'aiuto di un addetto uno di loro si è diretto verso di me ma, chiamato da un collega, ha pensato bene di tornare indietro e fermarsi a conversare allegramente. Dopo un attimo di attesa ho pensato bene di togliere il disturbo e non credo che tornerò ad infastidire. Il servizio clienti al quale ho segnalato, tramite email, quanto sopra ha ritenuto che non meritavo un cenno di riscontro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got there to buy a pair of Bluetooth headsets... The item I brought to the till was supposed to be discounted to 69 eur however it was still full price. I went back to the guy who served me and he had thrown away the price tag with the discount as it was valid till the end of today. Fortunately he found the right discounted item however if this would not have been the case I would have lost the opportunity to get the headsets at a discounted price. Price tags should be kept till the end of working hours. Do not try to find excuses saying that the day is finishing and customers may get confused the day after. Next time I will avoid buying from a retail shop and will order online and possibly not at Euronics
