I am so dissatisfied, disappointed with the products that I have bought from here. First my cousin bought a tv there and it wasn't as they say (assistant) so they had to turn it back, my mom bought a phone when she came home it didn't work.
And the most important thing was that on December I bought a notebook(laptop) there, almost 1000 euro after 2 months it gave me problems at internal part, I have to say that I took care about my personal pc. I turned it back but the say that couldn't replace it with a new one, but why? I have paid a lot if money, only 2 month, they took it at assistance, I have to wait a month, I am a student, now i need it but I have to wait a month, because of the quality of the products, LOW QUALITY ,NO assurance. Me, my family,relatives are not going to buy there anymore.
