Ich gebe 5 Sterne - ich würde 4 Sterne geben, weil Personal nicht erzogen ist (ich habe mehr oder weniger 2 Worten auf italienisch gehört, vielleicht), aber sie sind ganz verfügbar und angeblich sympatisch.
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist meiner Meinung nach 5 Sterne bewertend, und ist auch in der Nähe vom Stadtzentrum - also ja zur Fuß einfach zu erreichen.

I give 5 stars - I would give 4 stars because staff is not educated (I heard more or less 2 words in Italian, maybe) but they are quite available and supposedly personable.
The value for money is in my opinion 5 stars, and is also close to the city center - so easy to walk to.
