l	lorenzo zitignani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero con macchina carica e di passaggio, dopo aver preventivamente chiamato e spiegato la situazione sono passato per cambiare le gomme perche 2 si erano definitivamente compromesse. Ho aspettato 1 ora fermo per poi sentirmi dire che le gomme non c erano. Mi dispiace anche scriverle le recensioni negative, ma quando la gente se ne frega dei clienti (tranne il proprietario che devo dire è stato molto disponibile quando ha visto che ero li da un po troppo) non può essere sempre a discapito di questi ultimi. I was with the car loaded and passing by, after having previously called and explained the situation, I went to change the tires because 2 were definitely compromised. I waited 1 hour stopped and then I was told that the tires were not there. I'm also sorry to write bad reviews, but when people don't give a damn about customers (except the owner who I must say was very helpful when he saw I was there for a bit too long) it can't always be at their expense.

Il personale è disponibile e gentile però Aldo è il più bravo meccanico che abbia conosciuto. Grazie di tutto. Every time I have needed this workshop I have found myself very well. The staff is helpful and kind, but Aldo is the best mechanic I have ever met. Thanks for everything.
A	Andrea Ra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Officina Contessi vicino Ponte Nuovo: cambio gomme programmato, su appuntamento; lascio auto mattina prendo accordi per ritirarla uscito dal lavoro alle 17:00, dopo 10 ore, e la macchina non è ancora fatta quando arrio( questa non è serietà). Officina Contessi Fornace Zarattini: preventivo cambio gomme su foglietto carta 10X10 SENZA SPECIFICHE su prodotto ( codici velocità/carico...) solo generica indicazione costruttore e nome pneumatici ( prezzo 37 € più caro di concorrente Norauto...). Officina Contessi via Faentina: andato più volte cortesi/puntuali, prezzi un po' sopra la media. Personalmente salvo solo l'esperienza con la struttura più piccola dove il l rapporto con il cliente viene salvaguardato, e la disponibilità è di casa. Prezzi in generale medio/alti sui pneumatici. Sulla parte Officina sono overbooking pertanto se una cosa non va subito bene/liscia non riescono più a gestirla. Generalmente il piazzale è pieno di auto di auto appartenenti a flotte diSocietà,Enti, pochi i privati direi( ci sarà un perché). Grazie per la cortese risposta. t	thetruesemmy _ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi sono stato presso l'officina per aggiustare la spia del freno dopo che ho fatto una corsa fulminea per andare a prendere il pezzo torno e nemmeno in un minuto ha aggiustato il ragazzo il tutto e fin qui tutto bene! Torno per il conto e mi dice che sono 10 euro roba che questi prendono più dei meccanici di F1?? Ah ho dovuto dire io al meccanico dove si trovasse la parte da sostituire dopotutto perché voleva farmi cambiare tutte le lampadine per lo stop ??
