★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Portato una gomma a riparare, con la conferma che ciò sarebbe stato fatto. Pagato 25 euro per un intervento fatto si, ma che a loro consiglio non valeva niente perché la gomma è da buttare. Non sono nemmeno stata avvisata di ciò, nonostante la promessa iniziale, e la chiamata da parte mia il giorno dopo per sapere se era tutto ok. Incoerenza e pessima (anzi assente) comunicazione con il cliente.
Bad experience. Brought a tire for repair, with confirmation that this would be done. Paid 25 euros for an intervention that was done, but which to their advice was worth nothing because the rubber is to be thrown away. I was not even notified of this, despite the initial promise, and the call from me the next day to find out if everything was ok. Incoherence and bad (indeed absent) communication with the customer.
