Come accade nel caso di soggetti fragili mia madre non si è sentita bene durante la notte per cui mi sono trovata costretta a disdire solo qualche ora prima dell’appuntamento. Mi è stato detto che avrei comunque dovuto pagare la visita senza possibilità di recuperarla in altra data perché avrei dovuto disdire almeno 48 ore prima. Praticamente avrei dovuto disdire prima di prenotare! Dico solo che anche il CUP mi ha permesso di annullare visite all’ultimo minuto per motivi di salute. Aspetto quindi il conto e chiedo: meglio 60€ oggi o un cliente affezionato e riconoscente per sempre? #pessimi I booked an eye examination for my 82 year old mother on Saturday (yesterday) x Sunday (today). As happens in the case of fragile subjects, my mother did not feel well during the night so I was forced to cancel only a few hours before the appointment. I was told that I would still have to pay for the visit without the possibility of recovering it on another date because I would have had to cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Basically I should have canceled before booking! I'm just saying that the CUP also allowed me to cancel visits at the last minute for health reasons. So I wait for the bill and ask: better 60 € today or a loyal and grateful customer forever? # bad

Visita fatta per mio padre, dagli iniziali 60 euro preventivati gli hanno fatto spendere 200 euro con esami inutili (OCT e pachimetria)senza nemmeno rilasciare alla fine un referto. Non gli hanno nemmeno misurato le diottrie, gli hanno dato solo un foglio con scritto "si consiglia intervento cataratta occhio DX ".Ha dovuto rifare una visita seria al Policlinico S. Giorgio perchè quella fatta in questa Salus dal " Dott." Della Sala non serviva a niente.. praticamente come buttare i soldi dalla finestra.. Not recommended. Visit made for my father, from the initial 60 euros budgeted they made him spend 200 euros on useless tests (OCT and pachymetry) without even issuing a report at the end. They didn't even measure his diopters, they just gave him a sheet that said "cataract surgery on the right eye is recommended." Della Sala was useless .. practically like throwing money out the window ..

Ho telefonato per visita oculistica e dopo 6 giorni avevo già appuntamento di domenica pomeriggio che sono aperti, difatti appena fatta oggi 12 settembre 2021. Personale che mi ha accolto con cordialità e disponibilità . I 2 medici oculisti molto preparati e alla mano. Visitata con macchinari e poi varie prove con gli occhiali e varie prove con le lenti per capire come io vedevo meglio e come riuscivo a sopportarli per il problema che ho. CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE QUESTO CENTRO PER VISITA OCCHI. Grazie a voi..Alessandra Moro. I discovered the SALUS VITA center by chance when I went online. I phoned for an eye examination and after 6 days I already had an appointment on Sunday afternoon which are open, in fact just made today 12 September 2021. Staff who welcomed me with cordiality and availability. The 2 highly trained and easy-going ophthalmologists. Visited with machinery and then various tests with glasses and various tests with lenses to understand how I saw better and how I could bear them for the problem I have. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS EYE VISIT CENTER. Thanks to you .. Alessandra Moro.
