★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamando l'assistenza stradale Telepass, sono stato soccorso da questa officina che con il carroattrezzi ha portato la mia auto nell'officina più vicina. Il signore che è venuto a prendere l'auto si è comportato in modo scortese e arrogante. È sembrato quasi infastidito dell'intervento. Spero di non avere più a che fare con questi personaggi.
Calling Telepass roadside assistance, I was rescued by this workshop which took my car to the nearest workshop with the tow truck. The gentleman who came to get the car was rude and arrogant. He seemed almost bothered by the surgery. I hope I no longer have to deal with these characters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio,2 ore di attesa in autostrada per spendere 240€ per fare 7 km ed essere lasciati con il mezzo alle 23 di sera fuori dal casello senza alcuna ragione.
Esperienza sconsigliatissima,spero mai più.
Bad service, 2 hours of waiting on the motorway to spend € 240 to travel 7 km and be left with the vehicle at 11 pm outside the toll booth for no reason.
Experience highly discouraged, I hope never again.

Fantastic. Organized a trailer from Piglio. Technical guy, very kind and professional. Despite the size of my car, an escalade, they had no problems with a new and proportionate vehicle. Service from 10 and praise. Many many compliments.
