p	pacifico cardinali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza agghiacciante:compro una Rover 220 nel 2008 con 180000 km del 1999,pagata 2300 euro con finanziamento (2700 totale),il figlio più grande di Adamo mi dice che essendo vecchia non avevo diritto alla garanzia (strano perché per legge la garanzia legale è di 12 mesi per TUTTE le auto),aveva una crepa sul parabrezza mi disse che me lo avrebbe cambiato....mai fatto,appena ritirata l'auto mi ha dato problemi :cofano che non si chiudeva,batteria che si scaricava,alternatore che non andava,testata fusa due volte (la prima volta per acqua entrata nel motore???!!!!!!)i pezzi cambiati sono stati pagati dal sottoscritto, ci siamo accordati per un pagamento dilazionato per la testata nuova(usata che sicuramente presa da altra auto incidentata che si è fusa di nuovo)dopo un ritardo sono stati capaci di mandarmi un sollecito di pagamento. ..che faccia tosta,dopo mesi di sofferenze gli ho chiesto di cambiarla e mi è stato detto:adesso l'auto è svalutata non posso cambiartela!avevo tutti gli estremi per rivolgermi a l'associazione del consumatore per fargli causa ma alla fine dopo neanche un anno gli ho ridato l'auto e glielo fatta rottamare a loro spese,esperienza da dimenticare Chilling experience: I buy a Rover 220 in 2008 with 180000 km in 1999, paid 2300 euros with financing (2700 total), Adam's oldest son tells me that being old I had no right to the guarantee (strange because by law the legal guarantee is of 12 months for ALL cars), had a crack on the windshield told me that I would change it .... never done, just picked up the car gave me problems: hood that did not close, battery that was discharged, alternator that was wrong, head merged twice (the first time for water entered the engine ??? !!!!!!) the pieces changed were paid by the undersigned, we agreed for a deferred payment for the new head (used that definitely taken by another crashed car that merged again) after a delay they were able to send me a payment reminder. ..that face, after months of suffering I asked him to change it and I was told: now the car is devalued I can't change it! I had all the details to contact the consumer association to sue him but in the end after not even a year I gave him the car back and he had it scrapped at their expense, an experience to forget
