★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Svogliati, generici nelle risposte, lontani dagli standard minimi per operare come e-commerce. Da lasciar perdere come acquisti ma soprattutto come assistenza in quanto maleducati e superficiali con i clienti. In definitiva sconsigliatissimo.
Listless, generic in their answers, far from the minimum standards to operate as an e-commerce. To be left alone as purchases but above all as assistance as they are rude and superficial with customers. Ultimately not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utilizzo il servizio UPS. Rispetto ad altri punti UPS qui sono molto gentili e disponibili. Quando c'è la coda di quelli che ritirano i libri scolastici, chi consegna e ritira i pacchi (Bartolini,UPS, Amazon) può saltare la coda.
I use the UPS service. Compared to other UPS outlets here they are very nice and helpful. When there is a queue of those who collect school books, those who deliver and collect the packages (Bartolini, UPS, Amazon) can skip the queue.

Grande cordialità dei gestori pure, sceglierò nuovamente la libreria come punto di ritiro dei miei ordini Amazon in futuro.
Library stocked with every possible material, the staff is very kind and polite and professional, came to pick up a package a few days ago and I had to wait very shortly before picking it up!
Great friendliness of the managers as well, I will choose the bookstore again as a collection point for my Amazon orders in the future.
