Sono finestre che abbisognano di frequenti regolazioni, e quando la garanzia è scaduta, il preventivo per la semplice manutenzione è piuttosto salato. Per un lavoro che un tecnico svolge in pochi minuti, ti conteggiano 1,10 € al kilometro partendo dalla loro sede di Laives, la presenza di due montatori, l'eventuale parcheggio a pagamento....il che fa avvicinare il conto a 100 Euro.
Ho provato a telefonare per concordare un prezzo più ragionevole, ma non c'é stata comprensione.
La mano d'opera costa, questo è chiaro, ma un buon imprenditore deve saper mediare, e capire che la gente non ha soldi da buttare, per regolare finestre montate 3 anni e mezzo fa.

They are windows that need frequent adjustments, and when the warranty has expired, the estimate for simple maintenance is rather salty. For a job that a technician does in a few minutes, you will be charged € 1.10 per kilometer starting from their Laives headquarters, the presence of two assemblers, a paid parking lot .... which brings the account closer to 100 EUR.
I tried to call to agree on a more reasonable price, but there was no understanding.
The labor costs, this is clear, but a good entrepreneur must know how to mediate, and understand that people do not have money to burn, to adjust windows mounted 3½ years ago.

sia per i serramenti esterni sia per le porte interne.
Sono rimasto soddisfatto per tutti i prodotti e devo dire molto contento per la puntualità, professionalità e cortesia dei loro montatori.
Dopo quasi due anni ho avuto un problema con un vetro di una porta finestra, e in garanzia è stato prontamente sostituito.
