Arriving at the workshop while they are closing, one of my tires is now completely deflated as a result of a puncture. They immediately repair the puncture and in less than 15 minutes I'm back on the road. Thanks to Andrea and his staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di solito mi sono sempre trovata bene con loro, ma oggi,il giorno dopo le festività,mi reco da loro verso le 9:30 per farmi cambiare una ruota, un signore,credo il proprietario mi risponde in modo molto arrabbiato e scocciato,dicendomi che non c'era tempo e che dovevo passare dopo circa 4 ore.
Ovviamente,capisco che avevano tanto lavoro e tante prenotazioni, però credo che se mi avesse risposto in modo più garbato i miei 120€ di gomme li avrei dati a loro.
Usually I have always been happy with them, but today, the day after the holidays, I go to them at around 9:30 to have a wheel changed, a gentleman, I think the owner replies to me in a very angry and annoyed way, telling me that there was no time and that I had to pass after about 4 hours.
Obviously, I understand that they had a lot of work and a lot of bookings, but I think that if he had answered me more politely, I would have given them € 120 of tires.
