Innanzi tutto non appena sono entrata la commessa/responsabile non mi ha neanche guardato o chiesto se mi servisse qualcosa. Una volta averle detto cosa mi serviva ho notato un atteggiamento di pura sufficienza. Una volta stampato il foglio ho notato che dietro di se aveva dello Scotch ma non appena mi sono distratta lo ha tolto da sotto i miei occhi. Nonostante questo le chiedo gentilmente se avesse da darmi un po’ di scotch per attaccare il foglio sul mio pacco (che avrei pagato senza farmi problemi) e mi ha subito risposto dicendo che non lo aveva. Avrei apprezzato un “non posso dartelo” anziché una presa in giro così sottile. Sicuramente non ci metto piede per principio neanche per mezzo libro , la gente non è stupita. Non sarà sicuramente il mio foglio stampato a creare il vostro business ma è il servizio che fa la differenza. Buon lavoro! Once I told her what I needed I noticed an attitude of pure sufficiency. Once I printed the sheet I noticed that he had Scotch tape behind him but as soon as I got distracted he took it out from under my eyes. Despite this, I kindly ask her if she had to give me some scotch tape to stick the sheet on my package (which I would have paid without bothering me) and she immediately replied saying that she did not have it. I would have appreciated a "can't give it to you" rather than such a subtle tease. Surely I do not set foot on principle even through the book, people are not surprised. It will certainly not be my printed sheet that will create your business but it is the service that makes the difference. Good job!
