F	Francesca Cantale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, dopo aver portato i libri delle mie figlie per venderli presso il loro negozio mi sono sentita dire che non andavano bene ma che loro si sarebbero occupati di buttarli al posto mio. Cosi, sbagliando, accettai per poi scoprire che questi"bravi" ragazzi li hanno comunque rivenduti. Scoprendo in seguito che non ero stata l unica ad essere ingannata. Quindi MAI piu e attenti se vi capita. Very bad experience, after having brought my daughters' books to sell them at their shop I was told they weren't going well but that they would take care of throwing them in my place. So, wrongly, I accepted and then discovered that these "good" guys still sold them. Discovering later that I was not the only one to be deceived. So NEVER more and be careful if it happens to you.

Richiesto il rimborso avrei dovuto rispedirlo indietro a mie spese secondo le loro indicazioni: totale su 13,20 euro spesi me ne rimborsavano 9,30 spese di spedizione non rimborsate a quanto pare). Mi reco in posta ma la busta originale non va bene, ci vuole un cartone, Ritorno e il costo totale della spedizione è 14,50 euro quindi rinuncio a spedirlo (avrei pagato 14,50 euro per un errore altrui). Chiamo infine Amazon e scopro che essendo loro l'errore avrebbe dovuto pagarmi loro le spese o farmi arrivare un corriere. Perdita di tempo e denaro, pessimo venditore, pessima esperienza ordered a book on amazon, a different one arrived. Dopo 28 giorni mi sono recato nella loro libreria per chiedere spiegazioni, al che la commessa mi ha risposto decisamente infastidita e quasi con gesto dispregiativo mi ha restituito l'acconto lasciato per il libro. Un episodio che spero mai si ripeta nei confronti dei vostri clienti, per fortuna nei miei no perché non tornerò più ;). I was deeply disappointed with the behavior of the staff: I had ordered a Latin book and was guaranteed to arrive within a week. After 28 days I went to their library to ask for explanations, to which the saleswoman replied very annoyed and almost with a derogatory gesture returned the deposit left for the book. Negozio fornitissimo, si risparmia un bel po' portando a casa libri scolastici in condizioni ottime. In più cartoleria, oggettistica per la casa e gadget particolari e introvabili altrove! s	simone segnini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tassativamente da evitare ho acquistato il libro online usato , nella descrizione c’era scritto in ottimo stato , mi è arrivato un libro pieno di scritte , svastiche , completamente scritto e quindi inutilizzabile. L’ho rispedito a spese mie , mi hanno rimborsato tranne le spese di spedizione in dietro. Questo è inammissibile perché non l’ho spedito in dietro per un mio capriccio ma perché il libro era inutilizzabile.
