★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nuovo negozio con struttura moderna e a fianco un discount tedesco . I reparti sono ben divisi e ben disposti. È una pena che alle volte i responsabili di reparti non siano all altezza del loro compito non essendo dovutamente preparati o che non vogliano contribuire ad informare correttamente il cliente. Purtroppo ho dovuto constatare di persona questo fatto , quindi un impressione personale. Per il resto il punto vendita è ben fornito e ci sono prodotti che nell'altro punto vendita non ci sono. Prima di fare acquisto valutate bene i prezzi.
 New store with a modern structure and next to it a German discount store. The departments are well divided and well arranged. It is a pain that sometimes the department managers are not up to their task as they are not properly prepared or do not want to help inform the customer correctly. Unfortunately I had to see this fact for myself, therefore a personal impression. For the rest, the store is well stocked and there are products that are not in the other store. Before making a purchase, evaluate the prices well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto un problema con delle porte sbagliate non per colpa chiaramente di EuroBrico ma del loro fornitore. Devo dire con estrema onestà che la figura di Mauro mi ha seguito ed è stato disponibile fino alla sostituzione delle porte trovando una soluzione consona alle mie esigenze.
I had a problem with the wrong doors not clearly because of EuroBrico but of their supplier. I must say with extreme honesty that Mauro's figure followed me and was available until the doors were replaced, finding a solution suited to my needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C'è qualcosa che non va per ciò che riguarda il personale. Negozio fornito come sempre ma il personale è praticamente da rivedere, dovrebbero essere formati meglio i giovani commessi in quanto eurobrico dovrebbe fornire anche una consulenza e aiutare il cliente che deve acquistare in un negozio "bricolage e fai da te". Ma peggio ancora riguarda il personale ormai vecchio di esperienza lavorativa e quindi formato perché spesso lo trovo superficiale, pochissimo disponibile e talvolta addirittura scocciato per qualsiasi richiesta. Esistono anche le alternative per fortuna ad eurobrico ma fossi il direttore generale, non di punto vendita, forse qualche provvedimento lo prenderei.
Spero le cose migliorino. È solo un suggerimento ed ovviamente riporto la mia impressione e la mia esperienza. Ho aspettato a pubblicare questa recensione sperando migliorasse l'atteggiamento
There is something wrong with the staff. Store stocked as always but the staff is practically to be reviewed, young clerks should be better trained as Eurobric should also provide advice and help the customer who has to buy in a "do-it-yourself" shop. But worse still concerns the staff now old with work experience and therefore trained because I often find them superficial, very little available and sometimes even annoyed for any request. Fortunately there are also alternatives to Eurobrico but if I were the general manager, not the sales point, perhaps I would take some action.
I hope things improve. It is only a suggestion and of course I report my impression and my experience. I waited to post this review hoping it would improve the attitude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio ben fornito e ottimi prodotti. Il lato negativo di questo esercizio commerciale è il personale. Il più delle volte introvabile, se hai la fortuna di incontrarne uno la prima risposta è:"mando il mio collega " .Dopo varie attese il famoso collega le indicazioni che fornisce sono pessime e rimani col dubbio di prima. Mi dispiace scrivere questa recensione ma purtroppo è la cruda realtà. Da poco mi sono trasferito nelle immediate vicinanze e per un motivo o un'altro sono entrato mediamente una volta al giorno nell'ultimo mese. La sensazione è quella che gli dai fastidio. A volte un sorriso e una parola gentile non guastano, anche se stai lavorando, a maggior ragione se hai a che fare con il pubblico.
Per motivi di comodità continuerò a fornirmi in questo negozio ma solo perché è vicino altrimenti cambierei immediatamente.
Well stocked shop and great products. The downside to this business is the staff. Most of the time unobtainable, if you are lucky enough to meet one, the first answer is: "I am sending my colleague". After several waits, the famous colleague the information he provides are very bad and you are left with the previous doubts. I am sorry to write this review but sadly it is the harsh reality. I recently moved in the immediate vicinity and for one reason or another I have been in on average once a day in the last month. The feeling is what you bother him. Sometimes a smile and a kind word don't hurt, even if you're working, especially if you're dealing with the public.
For the sake of convenience I will continue to supply myself in this shop but only because it is close otherwise I would change immediately.
