a	alessio innocenti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza veramente pessima, premetto che la colpa è stata esclusivamente mia a causa della mia ignoranza in materia di veicoli, nonostante più volte raccomandato per lo stato del veicolo, mi è stato venduto un auto, vero che il veicolo valeva poco, ma rappresentato un problema don l’ impianto di ventilazione, il venditore, credo un certo Federico, mi ha tolto 100 euro dicendo che era il costo del motorino da cambiare, non dicendomi che per fare il lavoro ce ne volevano 500 in quando è da smontare mezzo cruscotto, non considerando che l’auto mi è stata data con le ruote completamente finite posteriormente e la distribuzione fatta a 180.000 benché al momento dell’acquisto ne aveva 270.000. Ho chiesto se il veicolo era in buone condizioni anche perché venivo da fuori, e la mia bruttissima esperienza è stata dovuto al fatto che il venditore non è stato trasparente anche perché appena rappresentato il problema del condizionatore, dato che si tratta di concessionaria vw dove subito dire che per aggiustarlo servivano 500, poi era una mia decisione acquistarla o no. Rimane il fatto che secondo il mio parere i venditori di ogni settore dovrebbero essere onesti e non cercare solo di vendere intortando chi non è competente nel settore. PER QUELLO CHE PUÒ CONTARE LA PIA PUBBLICITÀ PER QUESTA ATTIVITÀ È VERAMENTE PESSIMA DA NON CONTATTARE. L'unica motivazione per cui non ho dato 5 stelle sono stati i tempi un po' lunghi, dati forse dall'ingente mole di lavoro a carico dell'officina. Ho portato l'auto per un difetto, risolto, al momento della consegna però l'auto entrava in protezione e aveva perso potenza. Riportata immediatamente in officina, il danno è stato riparato con nessuna spesa a mio carico (ad eccezione del primo intervento, giustamente). Personale disponibile e competente, prezzi in linea con la qualità del servizio. Sicuramente sarà la mia autoficcina di riferimento. Positive experience. I brought the car for a defect, solved, at the time of delivery but the car went into protection and had lost power. Immediately reported to the workshop, the damage was repaired at no expense to me (except for the first intervention, rightly so). Helpful and competent staff, prices in line with the quality of the service. It will certainly be my reference car repair shop.
D	Dave van Tol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On holiday in Tuscany our VW Passat started to show orange warning lights on our dashboard. Euroauto could easily spot the issue and solve it. They helped us out quickly and friendly. Replacing the sensor causing the issue was not expensive (70 euro). They also checked tire pressure as the day before one of our tires got flat. For the flat tire they perfectly referred us to the Michelin garage close by to have it fixed. One of the guys speaks native German. Great service!
