★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATTENZIONE, questo studio si chiama succhia soldi, sono andata a fare una visita al mio cane di di peso di 2 kg ,mi hanno detto di aver visitato il cane cosa che non è stata avvenuta ,e mi hanno detto che una lastra costa 25 euro, ho fatto una lastra. Il costo totale e venuto a costare 70 euro senza Iva ,la fattura di 35 euro . Si approfittanno della situazione, sono tornata a casa senza risultati, non mi hanno detto meno la lastra . Lo sconsiglio, incompetenti , il peggiore studio ?????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al di là della professionalità che credo sia un must di un qualsiasi servizio che si offre, abbiamo trovato competenza e soprattutto UMANITÀ nel trattare con i nostri amici pelosi o piumati che siano. Un aspetto credo fondamentale in un mestiere dove molto spesso si punta solo a venalità.
Grazie a tutto lo staff per la vicinanza e la sensibilità, anche se è "routine" del mestiere, che hanno prestato negli ultimi momenti del nostro amato Gatto.
Beyond the professionalism that I believe is a must of any service that is offered, we have found competence and above all HUMANITY in dealing with our furry or feathered friends. A fundamental aspect I believe in a profession where very often the focus is only on venality.
Thanks to all the staff for their closeness and sensitivity, even if it is "routine" of the trade, which they have lent in the last moments of our beloved Cat.
