Le professioniste non sono improvvisate ne alle prime armi....anzi!!!!
Per non parlare della capacità di problem solving legata alla confusione sull'orario di appuntamento dipesa al 99% da me che si è risolta rendendo la mia giornata assolutamente migliore!!
