Durante la visita della casa eravamo stati chiarissimi su quello che doveva essere il fitto mensile. Arrivati in sede il giorno successivo proponemmo un'offerta (con l'mporto già specificato in precedenza) ricevendo una sonora risata in faccia per la "miseria", a discrezione dell'impiegata, della stessa; la simpaticona poi si esibisce col subdolo giochetto del "sono state fatte offerte più alte e le abbiamo respinte" davvero molto fastidioso. Una perdita di tempo che ci fa fatto perdere una giornata di lavoro per un permesso ferie, ma chiaramente all'impiegata cosa importa? Mica è lei ad aver perso una giornata di lavoro? La cosa bella? La casa è ancora invenduta/inabitata, posso dirlo con certezza visto che è a poche centinaia di metri da casa mia.
I accompanied a friend who was interested in renting a house managed by this "agency". During the visit of the house we had been very clear on what the monthly rent should have been. Arriving at the headquarters the next day we proposed an offer (with the amount already specified above) receiving a loud laugh in the face for the "misery", at the discretion of the employee, the same; the funny guy then performs with the sneaky trick of "higher bids were made and we rejected them" very annoying indeed. A waste of time that made us lose a day's work for a leave, but clearly what does the employee care about? Aren't you the one who lost a day's work? The beautiful thing? The house is still unsold / uninhabited, I can say it with certainty since it is a few hundred meters from my house.
